We only debit the money when we dispatch your order from our warehouse.

5. Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to all countries within the EU (Including Norway, Switzerland, the Faroe Islands, Iceland and Greenland).

If your country is not on the list, you can contact us and we will try to obtain an agreement regarding delivery to your home country.
6. Will I pay customs duty on the items?
Customs duty and taxes may be payable if your order is to be delivered to a country outside of the EU (Including Norway, Switzerland, the Faroe Islands, Iceland and Greenland).
You must pay these expenses yourself. The customs duty rules differ from country to country, so if you are in any doubt please contact your local customs authorities.
7. What is the delivery time?
We dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days from placing the order.
A longer delivery time can arise if an item is not in the warehouse at the time the order is placed.
